Fulfill their obsession with a word
Because you know how much that they need the sound.

 But please don’t fight them,
Please don’t try and question the grain,
“You do as you’re told!”

because you know how hard it is for most
 to face their own shadow

. Afraid to speak out

 A voice dies

You see someone who is Just.

The mob decimates them for Being.

All due to their obsession with words

2.
Take a photo and caption your thought than you were last week
Eventually you’ll become a slave to show
the details of the day to those who don’t deserve to know.

 What a guilty pleasure…
 What a guilty pleasure.

 Look what we’ve become!
 Programmed by our phones
Praising anyone who gives us a belief
While you shun those who see beyond the veil,
Yeah, you shun those who see beyond the veil!

 Who see beyond the veil

Set Me Free 03:04
I am not a criminal
 I am not the enemy
I am the animal who’s locked
within these devices in this New Age

 God, Set Me Free…

So how does one get free?
 Without logging on - online
 Without needing these strange devices
or the people who built them?

 SET ME FREE!

They're slowly believing That truth is a lie. But can you blame them? Between the comforts of comformity There is a hole That is ripped inside us all. I am lost inside all of the years. It's all just a blur to me. Secret officials are spraying the skies. Meanwhile, we're still hung up on news. What can one do? I guess it's up to you.

Wrinkles 05:26

Stare at my table top
scattered paper and a piece of chocolate
 There’s a world outside
a given few days before I look out

Prepare my mind for a way
A way that I truly will never grasp
but there’s loving all around
It is all that has spoken
Spoken volumes to the self…

When will there be ultimately a collective effort
to break the spell of this Modern Dichotomy? That’s left us abandoned in the dark, denying any light…

 Save the child spirit…
Why have we abandoned the child spirit?
Save the child spirit…
Protect the spirit…

What has happened to our child spirit?
What has happened to our child spirit?

 Stare at my palm
Tracing the wrinkles for some meaning..
 There’s a world outside
A given few days before…

I look out
 Look out

Sinking Sun 02:47
Another day Another sinking sun Another path Another self-driving car And it's got me nauseous at the sight When we can't run away And I'm up all night Thinking about my life Any moment I have Trying to be the best I can For my loved ones In the night When we can't run away And I'm nauseous at the sight From all these cell towers And the city light

about

The follow-up release after his full-length “Bell Chimes From Yesteryear” (2019), “Beyond the Veil” touches on themes of the complexity and hardships with love and aging, technology's effect on individuals and society at large, the human condition, questioning the meaning of freedom, finding a source of Spirituality, self-analysis, the distractions of media from real life, and how collectivism risks suppression of individuals. An album of songs that speaks from the spirit of Plato’s “Allegory of The Cave”.
